Evaluation of over 100 Feedbackforms underlines the success A very good and high level experienced participants in all countries Europe, Middle-East, Africa and APAC so far, most are highly motivated and have good potential for growth. Most have one or more CRM and ERP products in thier product line offering and provide a solid background regarding knowledge and customer base. Feedback so far from all participants of the CRM Academy has been overwhelmingly positive. For most of the courses we had over 15 participants in a class, which is higher than expected. Especially the sales training had the highest number of attendees for both countries. We had all together about 400 participants in all countries, attending one or more courses , few participants in some countries have attended the whole 10 days of training, 5 courses curriculum, which is way above the expectations. In several comments on the Feedback-Forms and conversations, all participants confirmed that the training was really needed, and these courses will help them to position Microsoft Dynamics CRM by their customers better. Several participants confirmed they will take CRM exams and certification very soon.
